Studying this summer? Get support from the Student Health Services
Resit exam, essay or a summer course? Do you need to study over the summer but feel overwhelmed and don´t know where to start? Our programme for overcoming procrastination can help you take control over your studies. We’re open all summer.
Student Health Services’ Stop Procrastinating programme consists of self-help materials that you work through independently, alongside around three sessions with a member of Student Health Services for support and guidance. The aim is to help you get started with strategies to stop postponing your studies.

Structure
- The self-help material is divided into two parts and includes both information and exercises.
- You will learn more about procrastination, get support in understanding what is particularly difficult for you, and receive help identifying behaviors and tools that can support you in making changes so that you can procrastinate less and reach your study goals.
- For support and guidance, you’ll have approximately three telephone sessions with a staff member from Student Health Services. These sessions give you the opportunity to ask questions and receive feedback.
