Colors of Christmas – Juleskum
Christmas in Sweden means having candy, and often a special Santa-shaped marshmallow called ‘juleskum’ (means Christmas foam). The red colour in juleskum has a very special origin. Gunvor Larsson at the Bergius Botanic Garden tells about it.
